You book a class, not a specific registration, and you keep the same driver for the whole booking. Waiting time between stops is part of the hour you have already paid for, so nothing is added while the car sits outside.

Intercity days are quoted on the route. As a rule it is the full-day rate above plus fuel beyond the first 200 kilometres, and an overnight allowance if the driver stays out.

Not a dispatch queue. You get a name and a phone number before the booking starts.
A suit and a clean car
Drivers are in business dress, and the car is cleaned between bookings, not between days.
Discretion
Calls in the back seat stay in the back seat. Drivers do not discuss passengers or destinations.
Airport runs at both ends
A delegation arriving and leaving on the same booking is one quote, not two.
Several cars at once
Convoys for a delegation are priced per car, with one point of contact for the whole group.
Monthly billing
Companies that book regularly settle once a month against a named account.
Questions
Can I book the car without a driver?
Yes. Every car on this page is in the ordinary fleet and can be rented self-drive by the day. See the fleet and the daily rates.
What happens if the day runs long?
Extra hours are charged at the hourly rate above, in whole hours. There is no penalty rate for running over.
Do you invoice a company?
Yes. Send the company details when you book and the ride is invoiced rather than paid on the day.
Can the driver speak Italian or German?
Sometimes, with notice. Armenian, Russian and English are always available; ask before you book if you need another language.
Is a deposit taken?
No. Chauffeured bookings carry no security deposit, because the car stays with our driver.
