Privacy
What we collect when you book, and what happens to it.
We collect only what a rental contract needs and we do not sell any of it.
What the booking form collects
Your name, email address, phone number, the dates and locations of the rental, and optionally your flight number and any notes you add. Nothing else is taken on this website, and no payment details are ever entered here.
Why we keep it
To confirm availability, prepare the contract, meet you at the right place at the right time, and comply with Armenian law on vehicle rental records.
Who else sees it
Our booking requests are forwarded to our own automation and email systems so that a manager is alerted immediately. We do not pass your details to advertisers or brokers.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that do not become rentals are deleted after twelve months. Signed rental contracts are kept for the period Armenian accounting law requires.
Your rights
Write to us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
